Tremendous change in the Nigerian Music Industry.

Published by DatJewishBoy - On 09:50 - 0 response

Music in Nigeria has become very vibrant in the country and abroad, Artists who made this happened are 2face, D'banj, Psquare, Eldee, 9ice, Naeto C and the new coming stars like Wizkid, Davido, Olamide, Ice prince, Brymo, D'prince, Dr, Sid wande Coal, Vector and so on...

In brief, music in Nigeria ten years back was apparently nothing to write home about, in the sense that even DeeJayz don't play Nigerian songs its (hip hop) songs from abroad but now things has changed, people now anticipate for artist to release New singles while some agitate why some artist haven't brought out any new single or when is their album coming out, Deejays no longer play much of foreign songs in clubs, parties and events except club able ones from Rihanna, David Guetta, Chris Brown, Taio Cruz, Usher just to mention a few .....this is a drastic change in the Nigerian Music Industry I must say.

This days, 80% of Nigerians who own a phone, an mp3 player, Walkman(which has become old skool) have mostly all the current songs from the very best of our Nigerian artist with all kinds of Genre which include Hiphop, RnB, Fuji, Gbedu, Party mix etc and with the help of online sites like Naijabasemp3 , jaguda.com Notjustok.com Naijalodge.com and others making sure you get in touch with the very best and fresh songs always straight from the source to you....more so the music in Nigeria is spreading tremendously with the help of Twitter.com and Facebook.com we can agree that in the next few years to come Nigerian artist will be awarded Grammy awards and also enter Top 100 billboard charts.

Also Nigerian songs have gone beyond borders as to the essence of Estelle American singer remixing a joint produced by Mo'hits boss Micheal Collins aka Don Jazzy titled " Oliver Twist " sang by D'banj and also some hot gist bout kanye west signing D'banj and Don Jazzy into his record label, Akon also signed Nigerias young talented artist who is signed under Banky W's record label EME entertainment talking bout Wizkid although before the signing Akon and Wizkid already remixed Don't Dull which at the time of this post there's only a leak to the verse of Akon...

In Conclusion, the entertainment industry is vast growing big and a lot of young talented artist are pushing their way in, so let's support them and let the world know that Nigeria is not just the " Big Giant of Africa or The Heart Beat of Africa but also the Best African Country Full of artists just Like United State of America.

Thanks for reading(just my opinion)

Lady gaga could be the next Micheal Jackson in Choreographed Videos.

Published by DatJewishBoy - On 10:35 - 0 response

Lady Gaga could be the next Micheal Jackson of our time when it comes to choreograph music Videos because if you have been watching most of her videos lately you'll notice she's never alone always with her dance crew doing the magic Dance...only that I still haven't found out if Sony recognise her moves or motives.

My question is why has she dedicated herself into choreography almost in all her videos? I guess that's where she finds happiness after all fans and fame couldn't give her the happiness she wanted.

In this video "Marry the Night" I found those creativity...

This video was uploaded on youtube 2 Dec last year (2011) and it has already over 32 million views! O_O*

Desmond Elliot joins the Protest against the removal of Fuel subsidies.

Kako bii chicken

Desmond Elliot one of Nigeria's finest actor in Nollywood has condemn the act of the FG over the removal of Fuel subsidy, he says its wrong and its not in a proper timing.

Here are his opinions from Twitter: “We have lost everything we met on the land. C ocoa, palm oil, groundnuts, cotton, cashew and rubber have been forgotten and are better produced by nations who came to
learn from us. We have lost our moral compass, our society is fractured, our statehood is threatened. Our citizens are in
all prisons around the world. Some of them prefer foreign prisons to
coming back to Nigeria. Our passport is treated with disdain
everywhere you present it. Why should our government be this big
with special advisers on cassava and beans affairs? Do we need 36
ministers? Why would our president spend close to a billion on food
while close to eighty percent live on less than a dollar a day? Why
should he budget a billion for generators and diesel when he is urging
us to believe in his power sector reform? Why does our President
need six private jets? Why should our politicians keep their salaries
when Obama slashed his? Why should we continue to be wasteful
when the handwriting on the wall says “danger”? Why should we
believe the government when it says the subsidy gain would be
properly reinvested? Bad leadership and corruption must stop.”

Eedris Abdulkareem mocks D'banj and others over Subsidy Matters.

Eedris

Eedris Abdulkareem has touted at D'banj in a protesting rally at Ojota for not saying anything regarding the on going strike against the removal of Fuel subsidy, Even the fans of D'banj by now are reducing because they feel he has been bribed and that he is compromising the relationship he has with the president but Don Jazzy has openly confessed that he hardly regret things but he regrets ever Voting for GEJ and this leads to the anger of Nigerians saying if Don Jazzy can say this openly then D'banj has a cockroach in his cupboard for keeping quiet.

these are His words (Eedris Abdulkareem), according to Tribune.com.ng website “The man wey say i dey craze because i sing nigeria jaga jaga where him dey now inside this hardship.
Na 2002 I sing Nigeria JagaJaga, na 2012 we dey so o. And all of una
wey sing for Goodluck , F*ck that bastard D'banj for collecting Money
from Goodluck ,God will punish you.”

been flying to Lagos to catch a glimpse of the
young entertainer. Akon attended his sold-out
show at the Afrobeats Festival in the U.K. and
